Medium- 7.25” Circumference (about 36 beads) Standard Men’s Size Fits wrists 7-8” in circumference
To find wrist size: Use a soft tape measure and measure in inches around your wrist. If you do not have a soft tape measure, you can use a string or piece of paper to wrap around your wrist, mark the circumference on the string/paper and use a standard ruler to measure the marks.
